I'm not entirely sure. I rarely feel that sense of euphoria at being alive that might be described as 'in love with life'. But I am rather attached to being alive and certainly in rush to be otherwise. I would settle for being friends with life. In love demands too much commitment.
There is a lot to accomplish in this world but most people have set Goals for themselves that Give them direction trough out the day…… this is a mistake as they live life, not Living their life……

very good point upkaran. as edmund hillary once said : "It is pointless to lie for a future goal. It's not the top of the mountain that sustain life - it' the sides."
also, meryl streep's character in teh film "the hours" said something that has really stayed with me.. something along the lines of "when i was younger i was alwas imagining the future.. thinking that was where i was going to find joy. i didnt realise that those were the happy moments that i was always going to look back on."
